Grace Ajodo

Daughter Inlaw

TRIBUTE TO MY LOVING AND CARING FATHER
Baba was an epitome of humility, kindness, a disciplinarian, diligence, integrity, sacrifice and loyalty. When my husband took me to him as a daughter in love to be, he accepted me with open arms and the following day he went out came back home with a big chicken that Mama should prepare a special dish for me.
Baba has a listening ears and always looking out for me to know if my husband is taking good care of me and our children. Who will ask me *”How is your man”* again or who will ask me to prepare that special vegetable soup which you like so much whenever I visit home. Though he is dead, I thank God for the privileged given to me to be his daughter.
To say goodbye is very difficult for me. And yet we do not grieve as those who have no hope but I’m comforted that you are in a better place. Baba, though you’re gone, you will never be forgotten. I sincerely appreciate your love, care, advice and above all your prayers.
The Lord knows why He allowed you to sleep at this time. We love you dearly Baba but Jesus loves you more. Rest on in the bossom of the one who loves you more till we meet again on resurrection morning. Good night Baba.
Mrs Grace Ayara Ajodo.
